M.Y. Summer: Logo Design

Very simple, the captain of this boat needed a new logo and had seen some of my other work, so I was commissioned to design a logo for their ship. It was pretty obvious to me it needed to be symmetrical. I came up with 10 slightly different versions, used a few different font faces, customised with different ligatures. The bottom version was my favoritie but the top one was chosen.
